In this exciting and Hands-On workshop, you will learn fundamental CAJON playing technique, as well as rhythms from Spain and throughout Latin America. Five cajons will be provided for students, or please bring your own! Workshop instructor LUIS JIMINEZ has 10+ years experience as a professional musician (Barrio Manouche, La Mandanga Band) and has performed at the Monterrey Jazz Festival, SF Jazz Center, and Outside Lands.
